چکیده
Abstract Backgrounds Long non-coding RNA is a novel group of non-protein coding transcripts over 200 nt in length. Recent studies have found that they are widely involved many pathological and physiological processes. In our previous study, we lnc-GULP1–2:1 was significantly down-regulated the ovarian cortical tissue patients with primary insufficiency predicted has regulatory effect on COL3A1. Results this mainly localized cytoplasm luteinized granulosa cells. The expression lower diminished reserve but substantially elevated polycystic ovary syndrome. Overexpression KGN cells inhibited cell proliferation, likely through cycle related genes CCND2 p16. Moreover, positively correlated level COL3A from different functions as well multiple lines. promoted COL3A1 its translocation into nucleus. Consistently, silencing also proliferation. Conclusions Lnc-GULP1–2:1 affects proliferation by regulating localization protein, may participate regulation follicle development. This study will provide new insight molecular mechanisms underlying follicular development, which help generate diagnostic therapeutic strategies for diseases to development disorders.

mTOR Controls Ovarian Follicle Growth by Regulating Granulosa Cell Proliferation
We have shown that inhibition of mTOR in granulosa cells and ovarian follicles results in compromised granulosa proliferation and reduced follicle growth. Further analysis here using spontaneously immortalized rat granulosa cells has revealed that mTOR pathway activity is enhanced during M-phase of the cell cycle. mTOR specific phosphorylation of p70S6 kinase and 4E-BP, and expression of Raptor...
متن کاملCell surface localization of importin α1/KPNA2 affects cancer cell proliferation by regulating FGF1 signalling
Importin α1 is involved in nuclear import as a receptor for proteins with a classical nuclear localization signal (cNLS). Here, we report that importin α1 is localized to the cell surface in several cancer cell lines and detected in their cultured medium. We also found that exogenously added importin α1 is associated with the cell membrane via interaction with heparan sulfate. Furthermore, we r...
متن کاملAntizyme affects cell proliferation and viability solely through regulating cellular
Antizymes are key regulators of the cellular polyamine metabolism that negatively regulate cellular proliferation and are therefore regarded as tumor suppressors. While the regulation of Az synthesis by polyamines and its ability to regulate cellular polyamine levels suggest the centrality of polyamine metabolism to its anti-proliferative function, recent studies have suggested that antizymes m...
متن کاملMiR-195 affects cell migration and cell proliferation by down-regulating DIEXF in Hirschsprung’s Disease
BACKGROUND Hirschsprung's disease (HSCR) is the most common congenital gut motility disorder. We aimed to investigate the roles of miR-195 in the pathogenesis of HSCR. METHODS In this study, we measured the expression levels of miRNA, mRNA, and protein in colon tissues from 78 patients with HSCR and 66 controls without HSCR. Transwell, Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) and flow cytometry assay were...
متن کاملNotch signaling is involved in ovarian follicle development by regulating granulosa cell proliferation.
Notch signaling is an evolutionarily conserved pathway, which regulates cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. It has been reported that the members of Notch signaling are expressed in mammalian ovaries, but the exact functions of this pathway in follicle development is still unclear. In this study, primary follicles were cultured in vitro and treated with Notch signaling inhibitor...
